Conditions

Residence Promenade has many apartments of different sizes suitable for up to 6 people.
All apartments have a living room with a cooking area, a sofa bed for 2 people, a double or triple room, a bathroom and a balcony.

Extra services:

  • Compulsory final cleaning € 50.00;
  • Extra cleaning of the apartment during the stay € 50.00;
  • Supplement for apartment sanitation for small and medium-sized pets € 50 per animal
  • Laundromat with detergents € 5;
  • Compulsory final cleaning € 50; supplement for cleaning when small pets have been in the room € 20;
  • Extra linen change € 13;
  • Extra bed 15% June and September, 20% July and August;
  • Paid parking € 8.00 per day and € 10.00 in August

Supplement + 20% compared to the TWO-ROOM STANDARD APARTMENT rate

Conditions:

  • The booking confirmation will be considered effective following the receipt of the confirmation email from the structure.
  • The amount of the deposit : 40%.
  • Payment of the balance within 2 days of the arrival date by cash, credit card or debit card. Check or transfer ONLY ON ARRIVAL. Tourist tax in cash only.
  • It is possible to request an invoice by communicating the request upon arrival.
  • Delivery of apartments on Saturday from 16:00. Stays from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00;
  • The apartments and the parking space must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
  • The parking space is available from 10 am. Possibility of using the swimming pool and all the services of the residence until the delivery of the apartment.
  • Small pets up to 15 kg are allowed. Pets are forbidden to enter the swimming pool.
    There is a supplement of €50 per animal for sanitizing the apartment.
  • Access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying in the residence.
  • Tourist tax not included: Euro 2,00 per day for the first 7 days, children up to 14 years are exempt.

Cancellation policies:

The dates of the stay can be changed within 20 days before the arrival date, in this case the deposit can be used for a new stay subject to availability by September 2024.
For cancellations or changes received in the 19 days preceding the day, the deposit is lost.
