The Residence Promenade offers two-room flats for 4 persons, 45,50 m.q.. All the apartments have a lounge with kitchenette, double bed-settee, a double or triple bedroom, bathroom and balcony.

Prices include::
swimming pool with jet massage, free parking nearby the flats, fully furnished garden area, play area for children, bicycles, reception,spacious, elegantly furnished hall, lift, safe, SAT-TV, hairdryer. Change of bed linen once a week and bathroom towels twice a week. Microwave oven. Use of electricity and water.

Extra facilities available upon payment:
Air conditioning: € 30,00 a week;
Laundry € 2,00 - washing powder free of charge;
Baby-sitting service;
End-of-stay cleaning obligatory: € 25,00; Disinfestation supplement of € 15,00 for stays with small pets.

Remainder to be paid upon arrival;
